As a Peace Corps Volunteer teaching secondary science and math, Wei learned that helping
people understand options was critical to their sense of empowerment and fulfillment.
Wei’s path over 35 years spanned industries, communities, and capital markets, for Fortune
500 to arts non-profits. He served as a Senior Director of Global Real Estate for a
semiconductor equipment manufacturer and consulted on real estate investments to multiple
corporate and private clients. Wei was also a principal in his own entrepreneurial investment
entities His education in the physical sciences (Harvard), architecture and planning (MIT), and
finance (Stanford), developed the tools to assess what is practical and feasible and how to
overcome obstacles. His strengths are helping to define aspirations and then assisting in
identifying the skills and steps required to reach those goals.
